Refund policy

FrameCleaner Pro ($12) and the 24-hour pass ($3.99). Both are one-time purchases; nothing renews and nothing is charged again. The free tier costs nothing and needs no refund.

If Pro or the pass does not do what this site says it does, write to legal@framecleaner.com within 30 days and we refund you in full, no explanation required. Include your payment reference (FC-…) or licence key so we can find the purchase.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. A refunded licence is switched off; a browser that already activated it notices within about a day.

If you are in the EU or UK you also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Because the licence is delivered immediately, that right can be waived at checkout; where it has not been waived it applies as normal. Our 30-day promise is deliberately wider than the statutory minimum.
